Beach Attack

 

Our summer program includes training outdoors on the beach. Beach volleyball is a great opportunity for athletes to develop all areas of their game as athletes must learn to do every skill. Athletes will learn to move faster and more efficiently, and will also learn to read their opponents as well.

Athletes can train with their partner or come on their own.

 

Training begins in May and runs until the end of July. There will be 2-3 sessions per week.
