Call for Applications for Girls and Boys Technical Directors

Air Attack is accepting applications for both Girls and Boys Technical Directors. The Technical Director’s main function will be to design, oversee and provide technical leadership for athlete and coach development within the Air Attack Volleyball Club. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Introduction and maintenance of new technical programs
Recruit and assign Head and Assistant coaches for each age group
Promote growth of Air Attack Volleyball Club
Train head coaches and ensure they are competent in 5 main areas (ie. Technical Knowledge; Practice Management; Seasonal Management; Competition Management; Parent/Team Management).
Communicate with Board of Directors regarding development of the girl’s program.
